AirAsia X to fly four times a week to Fukuoka from next February
AirAsia X will fly to Fukuoka in Japan, starting February next year. AirAsia X Group commercial head Barry Klipp said flights will run four times a week.
He said that the launch of the new route will be a boost for tourism of both cities and also strengthen bilateral ties between Malaysia and Japan.
“It will give local tourism and trade a much needed boost through AirAsia X’s great value fares, which stimulate the demands of both business and leisure travels,” he said during the launch of the Kuala Lumpur-Fukuoka route at The Oak here on Thursday (Nov 29).
He said that fares for the route will start at RM199 on standard seats, and RM799 on the airline’s award-winning Premium Flatbeds.
The launch fares for flights to Fukuoka will be available from the airline’s website at airasia.com starting Friday (Nov 30) until Dec 9,
